MOBC’s youth program offers a safe place for high-schoolers to hang out, ask questions, express doubts, receive support and grow in the Christian faith. It’s also a lot of fun with regular bouts of craziness thrown in! The program includes:
MOBC Youth is run on Friday nights during the school term. It’s a great place to catch up with friends, meet new people, and have fun, all while learning more about Jesus. The usual weekly program runs from 7-9pm, and costs $2. However, the program also includes outings such as Skyzone, swimming, and ice skating, as well as weekends away to the Katoomba Youth Convention (KYCK) and the annual Youth Camp.

Years 7 & 8
Our Growth Group for Year 7 and 8 students is on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:45am and forms part of MOBC's Sunday morning service. The group starts off by being part of the morning service, before they break off for an age appropriate Bible lesson.
Our Growth Group for Year 9 to 12 students is on Friday afternoons. The group meets from 5 - 6:15pm at the Youth Pastor’s house. The Bible study consist of Bible teaching, food, and fellowship. Those who contribute the princely sums of $2.50 are entitled to share in the nutritious pizza dinner that is on offer.
Hangz happens on Sunday afternoons from 4:30pm, directly before the Sunday evening service. It’s a great opportunity for those in high school to come along and hang out with friends and play a few games. It’s free to attend, and light refreshments are provided just before the evening service begins.
